PIC ERP™ & WMS features our Online Shipping System (OSS) which integrates via API with FedEx, UPS, USPS and TMS Providers using your company credentials. Customer Service can retrieve estimated freight charges instantly during order entry and this value can either be carrier list, your deviated cost or a formula calculating any variation of these values. Customer accounts can have an unlimited number of ship to addresses, each one marked Commercial or Residential and Zip+4 verified before use to eliminate after shipment address correction delays and costs.

An integrated scale revises the shipment weight at the packing station, transmitting address, packages and weight to the carrier and receiving back charges and tracking information which is stored on the package record and updates the freight charge to the customer. PIC ERP™ & WMS prints the carrier package labels and provides an automatic email notification to designated customer contacts when the package(s) leave your facility.

Real Time Truck Activity

DELIVERY TRUCK ACTIVITY DASHBOARD

For distributors operating a truck fleet, PIC ERP™ & WMS also features a real time Truck Activity Dashboard for Sales, Customer Service and Operations. Users are able to see route details including driver name, truck information plus estimated and actual stop times for each delivery with delivery quantities along with any pieces that the driver marked Damaged, Lost or Refused. If customers have chosen to receive backorders, PIC ERP™ & WMS will automatically create them for any short product except Refusals. Items marked Damaged are expected to return with the driver and should then be moved to a Damaged location for inspection. Any items marked Lost automatically trigger an automated alert to Operations for investigation and Cycle Count.


DRIVER LOGISTICS APP for Android or iOS devices

PIC ERP™ & WMS provides drivers with the PIC ERP™ Delivery Logistics app for both Android & iOS smart devices. Using cellular data, this app provides the driver with Safety Alerts along with Turn-by-Turn Directions to each stop. Before unloading, drivers can print a customer checklist on a connected Bluetooth printer. While unloading, drivers can make Adjustments on the App for Lost, Damaged or Refused Product before capturing a customer signature. Drivers can also Add Delivery Notes, Take Pictures and update the Stop Geocode all of which sends data back to sales order and customer account in PIC ERP™ in real time. Should the driver encounter an area with no cell coverage, the app stores all relevant information and sends it to PIC ERP™ immediately upon re-establishing a cellular connection.

Customers who agree to accept email invoices will receive the invoice in their inbox immediately after signing for the order. The signature is embedded on the customer invoice and any pictures and driver notes are stored on the sales order inside PIC ERP™
